Merhaba.. Farkında olan arkadaşların dikkatini çekmiştir, portalımızın paylaşımları ağır ilerliyor. Bunun sebepleri malesef vahim.. Dosya yüklediğimiz siteler, başta Filesonic, Fileserve gibi sitelerde bi dönem Hotfile gibi sıkıntıya düşüp biz yükleyicilerini çok mağdur bir duruma düşürmüşlerdi. O günden bu güne kadar Telafisi zor işler yaptık fakat benzer bir durum yine söz konusu.. Fileserve, Filesonic vb siteler ciddi sıkıntılar içerisindeler, Yasal telif hakları nedeniyle sorunlar yaşanmakta. Yüklediğimiz yüz binlerce dosya bir anda siliniyor tek kalemde.. Takımımız az ve öz insanlardan oluşan bir grup olup iş hayatı içerisinden vakit çalıp paylaşım yapmaya çalışan fertlerden oluşmaktaydı, inanın bir film konusunu açıp paylaşmak yüklemeyle beraber 24 saati bulabiliyor. Kesinlikle bu iş üstünden para kazanmadık aksine cebimizden harcadık hep...

Ayrıca haberini'de vermiş olalım, Amerikan Senatosunda internet yasaları için köklü değişikler için yasa çıkartılacağı söyleniyor. Yani internette bir şey paylaşmak çok zor bir hale gelebilir.. Özgürlükler bu bağlamda çok kısıtlanacağı gibi, yasaların getirdiği bu kısıtlama yüzündende aslında biz ve bizim türevimizdeki sitelerde ürün sahiplerinin beleşe reklamları yapılmayacak bu onlar için dez avantaj aslında. Çoğu paylaşımlarımız yasadışı (Warez) olabilir fakat tamamen ürün sahiplerinin işine gelen bir durum bu, çünki biz ve bizim gibi portallar olmasa pek çok ürünün adı sanı duyulmayacak, fazla popüler olamayacak, yerinde sayıp para kazanamayacak pek çok firma'da olabilirdi... Herneyse derin mevzu bilenler bilir.

Portalı ve bizleri yakından takip edenler çok defa görmüşlerdir, olayların gidişatını çok önceden ön görümüz sayesinde değerlendirip sizlerle internette herkesten önce uyarı vb hususlarda bilgilendiriyoruz. Özet olarak bizlerde bu işi bırakabiliriz bu duruma şaşırmayınız, "buraya kadarmış" deyip kendi kabuğumuza çekilip kendimizce hobilerimizi devam ettirmek kaçınılmaz bir durum olabilir.. Yıllarca berbar olduk insallah devam eder diyelim.. Her birinizi tek tek tanımasakta, bizleri tanımasanızda sizleri çok sevdik, hep aynı hazzı yaşadık, verdik, sizler aldınız kimi zaman beğendiniz, kimi zaman beğenmediniz, herşey için bizlerde teşekkür ederiz, sizlerden ayrılmak zor olacak...
