Özet: Görkemli ve bolluk içindeki güney pasifik cenneti, henry devere stacpooleun 1903 yılında yazdığı roman ile net bir şekilde anlatılıyor. iki küçük çocuk ve geminin kaptanı, bir gemi kazasından sağ çıkan tek kişilerdir ve sağ salim, tropical bir adaya çıkmayı başarırlar. bir sure sonra kaptan ölür ve çocuklar bir başlarına kalırlar. günler günleri kovalar ve yıllar geçer. emmeline (brooke shıelds) ve richard (christopher atkıns) doğanın güzelliği ve egzotik ortam içerisinde kendileri için yaptıkları evde büyürler. yetişkinlikle beraber gelen fiziksel ve duygusal değişimlerle başetmeyi kendi kendilerine öğrenirler. olgunlaşmaya başladıklarında birbirlerine duydukları çocukça sevgi, yerini duygusal ve derin bir aşka bırakır. bir de çocukları olur. acaba yeniden medeniyeti görebilecekler midir?


Plot: On a Journey to San Fransico Richard, his father and cousin Em find them selves on a ship about to explode. Rushed to a life boat with Paddy Button, the two children escape while their Father (and Uncle) are on another life boat. In the chaos following the life boats are separated. Paddy, Richard and Em find themselves with no food and no water stuck in the middle of no where. After some time the 3 come across an uncharted paradise, where Paddy quickly teaches the children fishing, hunting and building. after maybe a month or two Paddy gets very drunk off a barrel of rum found on the island when they first arrive, and drowns in the middle of the night. Em and Richard now alone and very scared move location and rebuild their island home. Many years later the 2 young teenagers have developed a very real home, but hormones and feelings between the 2 strain the friendship, until Richard who is still very determined to reach San Fransico is let down by Em when a ship passes by the Island and she does not light the signal fire. Throwing her out of the home they had built together Em attempts to survive on her own but is hurt. After Richard finds her dying realizes how he really feels for her and manages to save her. Nature runs its course and the friendship turns in to love as the couple learn about the facts of life, when Em has a baby and does not understand why.

TR: Mavi Göl’ün devamı olan Mavi Göle Dönüş’te dul bir kadın olan Sarah (Lisa Pelikan), kızı Lilli (Milla Jovovich) ve 1980 versiyonundaki aşıkların yetim bıraktığı Richard (Brian Krause) ile birlikte bir adada mahsur kalır. Sarah ölünce Richard ve Lilli beraber büyürler ve zamanla birbirlerine aşık olurlar. Kendi hallerinde adada mutlu bir yaşam sürerken adaya gelen korsanlar yüzünden medeniyetle tanışmak zorunda kalırlar ve mutlulukları tehlikeye girer.


Plot: While the general theme of this film resembles "The Blue Lagoon" (the movie for which this is a sequel), the basic plot is quite different. We open the film with a ship finding the craft with our original characters in it, Richard and Em dead and Paddy alive. Established in the first film, the only word Paddy ever says is "Richard," so the crew assumes Richard is the infants name. Taken in by Sarah, a widow with an infant baby girl Lilli, Richard (Paddy) is cared for in a return to civilization. Struck by sickness, the crew of the ship start do die and the captain sets Sarah, Richard, Lilli and a healthy crew member on a life boat in an attempt to preserve their lives. With water and food running short the crew member escorting Sarah and the children becomes dangerous, so Sarah takes the only course of action she feels suitable to preserve the children: she strikes him and throws him overboard.
